With a lifelong love of movement, along with the curiosity that comes from self-exploration, I started teaching in 2013 in Pilates Fusion and further expanded my offerings with Yoga the following year. I offer classes that are fun, challenging and nourishing to create a well-balanced practice that supports others in (re)connecting back to themselves in every moment. To support this wonderful practice off the mat and start living it, I am also a certified life coach and hold certifications in neuro-informed breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and yoga-nidra.
I offer a mindful and holistic approach with a focus on embodiment, whether that's through movement, meditation or mindset. My work is to help you tune into your inner wisdom to remind you of all that already exists for you and to light the path back to yourself so that you can start creating what it is you want to experience.

I am available for private sessions, workshops, special events, and collaborations. I also offer movement guidance for brand shoots, supporting the creative vision and helping bring it to life through intentional movement and expression
